Donations to The Drake House arrive in all shapes and sizes and each gift plays an integral part in sustaining the program. Click Here for a list of our Current Donation Needs.

Donate Financially Monetary gifts assist in financing program and operating expenses.

  • $23 will provide a 7-day MARTA pass for one mother and child to get to and from work and day care.
  • $68 will support housing and program expenses for one family for one day.
  • $150 will cover one month’s operation of the The Drake House laundry facility for all families in residence.
  • $300 will provide workbooks for a Life Skills workshop series.

Donate Pantry Items-
Food & Toiletries
In-kind donations to our food pantry are a vital part of the Drake program and are always appreciated.
Please refer to pantry and toiletries needs listed below.Donations may be made during office hours Monday through Friday between 9 am and 4 pm at The Drake House, 10500 Clara Drive, Roswell, GA 30075.
Donate Gift Cards Gift cards allow flexibility to address needs as they arise, as well as minimizing storage requirements.

  • Kroger Gift Cards – allow the pantry team to purchase fresh food such as eggs, cheese, milk, butter and meats to augment the canned and dry items.
  • Gas Cards – allow moms to pursue employment options outside bus routes
  • Walmart, Target, home improvement stores & office supply stores – help meet unexpected needs of resident families

Donate Clothing We gladly accept new and gently used women’s clothing and accessories donations at our women’s boutique, The Drake Closet.  The Drake Closet is located at 825 Mimosa Blvd. in historic Roswell, GA.  678.682.3551
Donate Furniture Several options for furniture donations are available.  The Drake House does not have the ability to pick up furniture donations.

  • Furniture Resale Partner – Please consider making furniture and household accessory donations to City Antiques & Interiors on our behalf.  The Drake House has partnered with City Antiques. And half of the proceeds from the donation sales go towards supporting our mission.  City Antiques offers pick up service. 770.645.2525
  • Furniture for Program Graduates – Another option is to donate furniture to Movers and Shakers.  Many of our mothers use this free furniture service when moving into their new home upon completion of our program.   Movers and Shakers offers pick up service.
Donate Kitchen, Bed & Bath Items Kitchen, bath and bedroom items assist in replenishing the apartments, as well as supplementing families upon moving into their own homes.  Please refer to immediate and general needs listed below.New and gently used Donations may be made during office hours Monday through Friday between 9 am and 4 pm at The Drake House, 10500 Clara Drive, Roswell, GA 30075.
