Empowerment Program
Upon admission, the mother participates in an empowerment planning process and develops a goal plan with the family assessment manager. Weekly meetings are then held to prioritize the family’s goals and needs and review progress on the 30 day action plan. Securing employment is a paramount goal, along with saving for relocation.
Mission
The Drake House is a crisis residential assessment center for homeless women and children in the North Fulton area, offering immediate housing and programs designed to provide stability for the children and assist the family in working toward housing self-sufficiency.
